As president of DataGen, he provides first-hand knowledge of successful strategies and necessary analytics to improve the delivery of healthcare services and oversees all of DataGen’s value-added analytical and consulting services.

Susan McDonough has worked in healthcare for 30 years. As vice president, advanced analytics, McDonough leads a team that contracts with 48 state hospital associations and eight multi-state health systems to research and analyze the financial impact of regulatory and legislative changes on Medicare reimbursement to hospitals and health systems. She previously worked at St. Peter’s Health Partners and Northeast Health in Albany, New York, where she developed and implemented strategic plans, conducted market analyses for new program development and was responsible for regulatory filings.
