Integrated Payment Innovations: Implications for Physician Alignment Strategies - Web Conference

HANYS Solutions is hosting this webconference on behalf of The New York Society for Health Planning (NYSHP). This program will provide an overview of the healthcare innovations that are most expected to impact hospitals and their physicians. Many responses to the need for "bending the cost curve" are still with us in spite of the impediments to significant federal legislation. Health reform will have many implications, a major one being how physicians and hospitals opt to work together and the increased demands placed on planning resources.
What you will learn
This session will cover:
- the continuum of physician-hospital alignment strategies;
- an overview of integrated payment models, including a description of bundled payments, medical home, and accountable health organizations; and
- an understanding of how these innovations will impact physician-hospital alignment strategies and how hospitals should be planning for this new era.
